RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Calling all Project Managers. We are seeking a project manager to help with manage one of seven projects.
• Identify and institutionalize new processes to improve brand management efficiency and efficacy.
• Identify areas in need of solution-oriented processes, new product development, new item launch process, search and advertising optimization, and customer support.
• Organize the team’s task flow and resources and become well versed in team processes.
• Serve as a primary point of contact on high level brand management initiatives managing effective communication across teams and keeping track of timelines to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams such as creative, finance, and supply chain to optimize processes as they relate to the brand management workflow.

SKILLS NEEDED

• Requires 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing eCommerce
• Experience using Shopify, Esty, Amazon, and eBay
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Entrepreneurial & creative spirit with sense of urgency
• Must have a strong sense of community and collaboration with a genuine, reliable, and kind disposition
• Passion for art and design
• Creative
• Able to think outside of the box
