Calling all Customer Service Representative. Digital Broadcasting Entertainment, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative.
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
• Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.
SKILLS NEEDED
Searching for a professional that can use:
• Experience working with customer support.
• Experience working with Outlook.
• 5 years Work Experience using Shopify.
• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
