RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Calling all Talent Coordinator. Digital Broadcasting Entertainment, LLC is seeking a Talent Coordinator.
• Developing concepts, creating an efficient strategy to ensure a timely process, and visualizing the work through illustrations to attain the Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), as you are the key liaison between DBEesports talent and the rest of our company and industry partners.
• Be the primary point of contact for several of our content creators across all of their 100 Thieves needs and responsibilities.
• Interest with gaming content and creators: understands digital content, watching Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
• Able to adapt quickly as talent needs vary dramatically and can include travel and weekend work.
• Excellent organizational skill sets with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
• Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and quickly pivot Responsibilities.
You will primarily work on talent management, growth, and retention.
SKILLS NEEDED
Searching for a professional that can use:
• Bachelor's Degree in Event Planning.
• 5+ year of experience in entertainment booking or event planning.
• Strong Organizational and Communication Skills.
