RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Calling all Talent Manager. Digital Broadcasting Entertainment, LLC is seeking a Virtual Assistant.
• Be the primary point of contact all across Digital Broadcasting Entertainment, LLC.
• Excellent organizational skill sets with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
• Respond to emails and phone calls.
• Schedule meetings.
• Book travel and accommodations.
• Manage a contact list.
• Prepare spreadsheets.
• Organize calendars.
• Perform market research
SKILLS NEEDED
Searching for a professional that can use:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Outlook Calendar).
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Self-starters with a strong ability to prioritize, drive initiatives, and quickly learn new procedures and processes.
• A contagious passion for making a difference and delivering top-notch services to both internal and external customers.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines and pressure.
